HOW TO ORDER: Email with the name of your boutique + resale information and we will assign you a wholesale password. Once you obtain access to our password protected site, shop as you would any other website but receive wholesale pricing.
OPENING ORDERS: A minimum order of 12 pieces is required on opening orders. You may mix and match styles. Payment is due at time of purchase. We ship for FREE.
RE-ORDERS: No minimum is required for re-orders. Payment and shipping terms are identical to those of opening orders.
CHANGES TO ORDERS: To make changes to an order, please email or call (619) 370-2072 within 48 hours of order placement.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING: We use USPS 2 day shipping for wholesale orders. Though smaller orders will likely go out sooner, it may take 2 - 3 weeks (max) for larger orders to ship.
NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS: All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary ever so slightly. However, the greatest care is taken to ensure the products differ less than a fraction of a percent and each piece is reviewed, and reviewed again, before shipping.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at within 5 days of receiving your order, of defective items. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES: We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above or if our product description has been grossly misrepresented. Please contact with questions regarding special circumstances.
