Orders & Payment

 

Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. When you are ready to complete your order you may proceed to checkout. All payments, in stock and backordered, are processed at the time of order.

 

 

Shipping Policy



All jewelry is handmade to order and will usually ship within 5 business days, however, at times the volume of some orders placed may exceed current materials on hand used to create your unique piece of jewelry. In this case, your order will be given the status of "backordered" and you should receive an email with additional information. Wholesale orders, depending on volume, may take 2-3 weeks to ship. 

 

We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders. Domestic orders ship via USPS First Class (1-5 days) or Priority Mail (2-3 days). International orders cost a flat rate of $12 to ship. 

 

Return Policy

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Each piece of jewelry is inspected before shipping, ensuring that it is free of all defects and or damage. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you may send it back and we will gladly exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value (this excludes custom made jewelry which is final sale). You can also choose to receive a credit to use on future purchases at lushjewelry.com. Please email info@lushjewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving your package to receive return authorization. Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving them. Lush Jewelry is not responsible for return shipping costs. Please make sure you insure the package, as we are not responsible for, nor can we offer credit for lost items.  Exchanges and / or credit will be issued once we have received the return item. Please allow up to 7 days for your credit card statement to reflect the refund. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, without wear or damage, in its original packaging.

Fraud Protection - Lush Jewelry and lushjewelry.com reserve the right to deny or reject any order due to suspected fraud or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or call you at the phone number provided to verify your order and confirm your personal info. This is done for your protection and ours. If any order is cancelled based on suspicion of fraud or illegal activity, any payment received will be returned to the account used to pay for the purchase. 

 

Policy Change - Lush Jewelry and lushjewelry.com reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Please check back from time to time so you stay up to date and informed on any changes that may have been made.



 

Gift Certificates

 

Our E Gift Certificates are for use online, at www.lushjewelry.com only. Once you've purchased your E Gift Certificate, you will receive an email containing the E Gift Certificate in the amount selected and instructions on how to use it. You may then forward the E Gift Certificate to any recipient. 

 

The E Gift Certificate will contain an alphanumeric code for the recipient to enter upon checkout at www.lushjewelry.com. When the recipient places an order, we will deduct the total amount at checkout. In the event the recipient does not spend the full amount of the E Gift Certificate, we will issue a credit in their name, to be used on any future order.  E Gift Certificates and credits expire one year from issuance.

 

Jewelry Care

 

Like all handmade jewelry, each piece of Lush Jewelry is hand-crafted and requires appropriate handling.

 

Our jewelry is made using high quality, demi - fine materials, including 14k gold filled, sterling silver and rose gold filled metal that truly stand the test of time. However, to extend the life of your handmade jewelry, it should be treated properly, stored in an appropriate setting and kept free of certain chemicals. Certain metals can tarnish over time when exposed to chemicals, such as pool and sea water, hair spray, perfume, lotions and even the different PH balance of an individual's skin.
