Ordering Process

   In order to make a purchase online at www.lushjewelry.com you must have a valid paypal account.  Setting up a paypal account is easy, convenient and secure way to purchase online.  At this time, credit card payments are only accepted via phone (619)370-2072 or  email  info@lushjewelry.com. All jewelry is handmade to order and  will usually ship within 5 business days, however, at times the volume of some orders placed may exceed current materials on hand used to create your unique piece of jewelry. In this case, your order will be given the status of "backordered" and you will receive an email with the estimated ship date.   Wholesale orders, depending on volume, may take 2-3 weeks to ship.  We thank you for your patience.

   *All payments, in stock or backordered,  are processed at the time of order.   

International Orders

All international orders ship via USPS first class mail which may take 5-10 days.  International orders cost a flat rate of $10 to ship. 


Guarantee and Returns

    We want you to be happy with your purchase. Each piece of jewelry is inspected before shipping, ensuring that it is free of all defects and or damage. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you may send it back and we will gladly exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value than the item purchased.  Please email  returns@lushjewelry.com within 10 days to receive authorization.  The original item must be returned within 14 days of receiving it. Please make sure you insure the package, as we are not responsible for, nor can we offer credit for lost items. Once we have received your return, we will issue a store credit in your name, for the original amount of the purchase (less shipping costs)  Your store credit will be applied to your next order at www.lushjewelry.com.  If the total of your next purchase is less than that of your store credit, the balance will remain in your name and will be applied to your next purchase and so on.  The customer assumes responsibility for any balance remaining after credit is applied.

   We welcome custom orders on our designs. Please contact custom@lushjewelry.com  for any requests you may have.

   We will not share your information with any third parties.

Fraud Protection

   Lush Jewelry and lushjewelry.com reserve the right to deny or reject any order due to suspected fraud or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or call you at the phone number provided to varify your order and confirm your personal info. This is done for your protection and ours. If any order is cancelled based on suspicion of fraud or illegal activity, any payment received will be returned to the account used to pay for the purchase.

E-Gift Certificates

  An E-Gift Certificate code will be sent to the purchaser via email to either forward or print and give to the recipient. E-Gift Certificate codes are only good for purchases made online at www.lushjewelry.com. The recipient will enter their code during checkout for a flat amount off their total. The customer assumes responsibility for any balance not covered by the E-Gift Certificate. In the event there is a remaining credit, we will issue a store credit in the recipients name to be applied to any future orders and so on. 

Color Statement

  The product color may vary due to differences in the color calibration of each computer monitor. We make no guarantee that the color of the product you receive will match perfectly the color on your monitor.
